Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers is a well-known and trusted name among the Bangladeshi community living in Australia for a long time. This Sydney-based law firm is a well-known name in the Australian immigration law sector. The firm, which started its journey in 1888 with the help of lawyer Walter Parish, later gained its current name with the joining of John Patience. One of the most important names in the history of the firm is Australia’s renowned immigration lawyer David Bitel. David Bittel was the first lawyer to be recognised as an Honorary Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the New South Wales Law Society. After David Bittel’s death in 2016, several directors and partners took over the management of the firm. The current leadership is led by two Australian professionals of Bangladeshi origin, Golam Mostafa and Motasim Billah. Motasim Billah is also currently the General Secretary of the Australia-Bangladesh Business Council (ABBC).

Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers will be represented in Bangladesh by Motasim Billah, the firm’s director, and Usman Ali, a registered immigration lawyer. They will conduct one-on-one consultation sessions and informational discussions for interested applicants.
