Two Islami Bank officials promoted as DMDs

Abu Sayed Md. Idris and Md. Gakir Hossain have been promoted to Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC. Prior to their promotion, both of them served as Senior Executive Vice Presidents (SEVPs) of the bank. Abu Sayed Md. He obtained his Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka. With more than three decades of banking experience, he worked in several key areas, including investment operations, SME banking, and branch and zone management.
