SRB-13 CPC-3, Gaibandha Camp, District Administration, Gaibandha and Department of Consumer Rights Protection, Gaibandha District conducted a mobile court in the area under Sadar Police Station of Gaibandha District on 17/09/2026 from 16:00 PM to 19:00 PM. During this time, Emdadul Haque Sarkar was fined Tk 10,000/- under Section 41 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 for the crime of selling food products by mixing prohibited substances and Tk 5,000/- under the same crime and Imran Hasan was fined Tk 25,000/- under Section 42 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 for the crime of mixing prohibited substances and Tk 10,000/- under the same crime, totaling Tk 50,000/- under the same crime.

In addition, SRB-13’s intelligence activities and ongoing operations continue to implement a zero tolerance policy against crimes such as illegal hoarding, selling goods at excessive prices, and food adulteration.
