02 organizations fined Tk 1,00,000/- for operating joint mobile courts
SRB-13, CPC-2, Nilphamari Camp and Department of Consumer Rights Protection, Nilphamari District conducted a mobile court in the South Sonakhali Sarkarpara area under Saidpur Police Station of Nilphamari District from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm on 16/09/2026. Under Section 42 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, Energy Double Plus Yogurt, Prof. Ahad, Sang-South Sonakhali Sarkarpara, Thana-Saidpur, District-Nilphamari was fined Tk 40,000/- and Hira Food Products, Sang-Baniapara, Thana-Saidpur, District-Nilphamari was fined Tk 60,000/- for the same offense.
