Anti-drug rally and street meeting held in Chandraganj
A huge anti-drug rally and road meeting has been held in Chandraganj to prevent the rampant spread of drugs in Lakshmipur and keep the youth free from drugs. Chandraganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdur Rob was present as the chief guest at the event. Md. A huge anti-drug rally and road meeting has been held in Chandraganj to prevent the rampant spread of drugs in Lakshmipur and keep the youth free from drugs.
Chandraganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdur Rob was present as the chief guest at the event. Md. Nasir Uddin presided over the event in coordination with Kushakali Union No. 9 General Secretary Haji Abul Kasem.

In his speech as the chief guest, Chandraganj Police Station OC Abdur Rob said, “Drugs are pushing society and the young generation to the brink of destruction. The police have adopted a zero tolerance policy to make Chandraganj Police Station area completely drug-free. To eliminate this social disease, people from all walks of life must forget party conflicts and work together with the police.”
In his speech, Md. Nasir Uddin said, “To save our children from the clutches of drugs, families and society must be aware. Wherever drug trade or consumption is seen, he called for resistance.”
Other speakers also emphasized the need to build a social movement against drugs. The rally circled the main roads of the area and ended at the road meeting point. Local people from all walks of life, various professionals and leaders and activists of social organizations participated in it.
