A reception was held for 128 meritorious students who secured GPA-5 in SSC, Dakhil and equivalent examinations of Paikgachha, Koyra and Dakop.

‎With the determination to build the future of Bangladesh with talent, honesty and patriotism, Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Khulna South District organized this reception program on Saturday afternoon, September 5, at the Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute Paikgachha Lonapani Center Auditorium. Alhaj Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Member of Parliament for Khulna-6 constituency, was present as the chief guest and gave away awards and honorable crests to the meritorious students.

‎Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Khulna South District President Muhammad Weskuruni was the special guest at the event.

‎Jamaat-e-Islami Khulna District Ameer Maulana Emran Hossain, Central College Activities Secretary Hafez Yusuf Islahi, Central Student Rights Secretary and VP of Jagannath University Md. Riazul Islam, Senior Nayeb-e-Ameer of District Jamaat Vice-Principal Maulana Golam Sarwar, District Working Committee Member Maulana Aminul Islam, Former District President Md. Nuruzzaman Mallick, Paikgachha Upazila Ameer Maulana Saidur Rahman, Koyra Upazila Ameer Maulana Mizanur Rahman. Upazila Jamaat Nayeb-e-Ameer Maulana GM Bulbul Ahmed, Secretary Maulana Altaf Hossain, Assistant Secretary Maulana Abdul Khalek and Gadaipur Union Chairman candidate Abdullah Al Mamun spoke. Leaders of various levels of Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir and students and guardians who have obtained GPA-5 were present.

The invited guests at the event gave directional and inspiring speeches to the meritorious students. They urged the students to develop themselves as worthy citizens of the country in the future, inspired by the spirit of morality, honesty and patriotism. At the same time, the speakers emphasized on using the acquired talent and knowledge for the welfare of the country and playing a role in building the future society and state.

At the ceremony, special honors and awards were presented to 128 meritorious students from various schools, madrasas and technical educational institutions in Paikgachha, Koyra and Dakop upazilas who secured GPA-5 in SSC, Dakhil and equivalent examinations.
