In Muktagachha, Mymensingh, the Muktagachha Upazila branch of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir felicitated the meritorious students who secured GPA-5 in SSC, Dakhil and equivalent examinations at 9.30 am at the Muktagachha Municipal Library Hall. Advocate Matiur Rahman Akand, former central president of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir and member of the central executive council of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, was present as the chief guest at the event. The special guest, the principal of MN International School and College, said that behind the good results of the students, besides their hard work, the guardians and teachers have an important role. Such felicitation of meritorious students will encourage them to achieve better results in the future. He urged the students to develop into ideal and humane people along with regular studies. Later, the students who achieved GPA-5 were felicitated with flowers, crests and gifts. Local leaders of Chhatra Shibir, teachers, students and guardians were present at the event.
