In this advanced technology slaughterhouse, cattle meat is being prepared in the first phase using machines as well as traditional methods. Al Mamun Hossain Mondal said, “In this slaughterhouse, cattle will first be slaughtered in the traditional way according to Islamic customs. Later, the remaining activities up to the preparation of meat will be completed through machines.” Kushtia Municipality authorities said that in the first phase, meat will be prepared in both machine and traditional ways in this slaughterhouse. On the one hand, by launching this modern slaughterhouse, environmental pollution caused by slaughtering animals everywhere will be prevented. In addition, meat traders will also save labor and time.
