The annual general meeting and triennial conference were held in the hall room of a restaurant in the city on Thursday. Dr. Md. Mosaddek Hossain Biswas (Dumbbell), President of the Central Executive Committee of Bangladesh Private Hospital, Clinic and Diagnostic Association (BPHCDA), spoke as the chief guest. The convenor of BPHCDA’s Nilphamari district branch, Md. Abdur Rouf Rouful, presided over the function, while Rangpur division president of BPHCDA, Professor Dr. Syed Mamunur Rahman and general secretary Md. Shamsur Rahman Koel, Rajshahi division general secretary Abdul Awal, Sadar upazila branch president Dr. SM Hasan Imam, deputy director of the Narcotics Control Department Mohammad Anisur Rahman Khan, press club president Hasan Rabbi Pradhan and many others spoke. The annual meeting and triennial conference were moderated by BPHCDA’s Nilphamari district branch member secretary Kazi Mamunur Rashid and Syedpur upazila branch president Md. Badrul Haque Anu. Later, 21 members including the three-year term full district committee president Md. Abdur Rouf Rouful and general secretary Kazi Mamunur Rashid were welcomed with floral greetings. In addition, the invited guests were presented with commemorative mementos.
Chief guest Dr. Md. Mosaddek Hossain Biswas (Dumbbell) addressed the private hospital, clinic and diagnostician owners, saying that the health sector is a very important sector. Therefore, along with the government, your institutions are providing health services. He called for providing health services with more sincerity.
