Various social, cultural, literary and journalistic organizations in the district have extended floral greetings and congratulations to the newly formed 13-member executive committee of the Naogaon District Television Association.

The greeting exchange program was organized at Mritika Ad Farm located at Muktir More in Naogaon town on Tuesday night at 8 pm. At the program, leaders of various organizations greeted all the members, including the newly elected committee president and general secretary, with flowers.

First of all, the representatives of the Daily Barendra Kantha newspaper published from Naogaon extended their greetings. Then, the leaders of the District Journalists Union Naogaon, the leaders of the Naogaon District Reporters Union, the leaders of the Naogaon District Mofussal Journalists Forum, the members of the Prothom Sangbad Pathak Forum, the members of the Naogaon District Literary Council, the members of the Pushpaketan family of the quarterly literary magazine, and the representatives of various social and cultural organizations in the district extended their greetings one by one.

Naogaon District Television Association President Mofazzal Hossain, General Secretary Ashraful Islam Nayan and all members of the organization’s newly elected executive committee were present at the event.

At the time, the speakers wished the newly elected committee well and said that this committee will play an important role in enhancing the professional skills of television journalists, strengthening mutual unity and developing objective journalism. They also expressed hope that the organization will play a leading role in highlighting the development, potential and public interest issues of the district more effectively at the national level.

After exchanging greetings, an introduction meeting was held for the newly elected committee members. Later, the event concluded with a dinner in a cordial atmosphere.
