Farmers/farmers including assistant agricultural officers were present. In addition, each farmer will receive 5 seedlings, 20 kg of organic fertilizer and 5 bamboo poles. Each institution will receive 10 seedlings, 40 kg of organic fertilizer and 10 bamboo poles.

A total of 4870 seedlings of different species of trees will be distributed among 974 farmers/institutions.  In addition, in order to increase the production of Ufshi-planted Aman rice in Kharif-2 season, free seeds and chemical fertilizers will be distributed among 600 small and marginal farmers under the incentive and rehabilitation program. Each farmer will receive 5 kg of Aman rice seeds, 10 kg of DAP fertilizer and 10 kg of MOP fertilizer.

Climate Smart Agricultural Technology-2026 was inaugurated in Kotalipara Upazila with the aim of making agriculture more modern, sustainable and profitable by facing the challenges of climate change. There were a total of 12 stalls at the Agricultural Technology Fair 2026 of the Climate Agriculture and Water Management Project at this fair.  Various modern technologies related to agriculture were displayed in the form of stalls at the fair. After the inauguration of the fair, Upazila Executive Officer Sagufta Haque said, There is no alternative to climate smart agricultural technology to make agriculture sustainable and profitable to combat the adverse effects of climate change. Such fairs will play an important role in increasing agricultural production and improving the quality of life of farmers through the use of modern technology, improved farming methods and effective water management. Upazila Agriculture Officer Dolon Chandra Roy said, If agriculture is smart, Bangladesh will also be smart. We want to spread the success of our economy to everyone. Advanced technology must be incorporated in agriculture. Both farmers and the country must be enriched. We have to constantly adapt to the changing climate of the world. If we cannot adapt, we will not be able to move agriculture forward and the country will also lag behind. We want to make farmers smart.
