3 arrested while preparing for banned organization’s procession in Naogaon
Law enforcement agencies have arrested three people in a raid based on secret information while a banned fascist organization was preparing for a procession in the Nohata area of Mahadevpur police station in Naogaon district. The persons arrested in the operation conducted this afternoon are: Md. Manik (38), father: Md. Saber Ali, village: Dakshin Mainam, Md. Asiqur Rahman (27), father: Md. Ershad Ali, village: Chakbhabani, police station: Manda, Md. Rashed Ahmed Pappu (30), father: Md. Azizul Hasan, village: Baktarpur, police station: Sadar, district: Naogaon. It was learned that they were preparing to organize a procession of a banned organization in the area. Based on this information, a quick raid was conducted and they were arrested.
Further legal action against those arrested is in the process of being taken.
