Partner Congress held with farmers in Kotalipara

A Partner Congress was held with farmers in Kotalipara, Gopalganj, under the Program on Agricultural and Rural Transformation for Nutrition Entrepreneurship and Resilience in Bangladesh (PARTNER) project in the fiscal year 2025-26. The Upazila Agricultural Extension Department organized the event at the Lal Shapla Hallroom of the Upazila Parishad on Tuesday (June 9) at 12 noon.  Upazila Executive Officer Sagufta Haque was supposed to preside over the function but instead of him, Upazila Agriculture Officer Krishibid Dolan Chandra Roy presided over the function. The Upazila Agricultural Extension Department organized the event at the Lal Shapla Hallroom of the Upazila Parishad on Tuesday (June 9) at 12 noon.  Upazila Executive Officer Sagufta Haque was supposed to preside over the function but instead of him, Upazila Agriculture Officer Krishibid Dolan Chandra Roy presided over the function. The chief guest was the Additional Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension of Faridpur region, Krishibid Mohammad Khair Uddin Molla, the special guest was the Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension of Gopalganj Khamarbari, Krishibid Dr. Md. Mamunur Rahman, and the Senior Monitoring Officer of Faridpur DAE Partner, Krishibid Md. Hafiz Hasan. The function was moderated by Kotalipara Upazila Additional Agriculture Officer Mukta Mandal, and among others, Upazila Cooperative Officer SM Shariful Islam, Journalist Moniruzzaman Sheikh Jewel, Rony Ahmed and farmers from different parts of the upazila were present. Members of Purbapara Partner Field School performed songs at the function.
