5 cows worth 15 lakh taka stolen in Shibpur, Narsingdi ahead of the upcoming Eid al-Adha.

A cow theft incident has occurred in Lakhpur village of Shibpur police station in Narsingdi ahead of the Eid al-Adha. It is learned that in Lakhpur village of Dulalpur union of Shibpur police station and lawyer of Narsingdi Judge Court Advocate Mizanur Rahman Nazir Arman's village house in Lakhpur, unknown thieves broke 11 locks of the house and took away 5 cows worth 15 lakh taka. The shepherd woke up and saw the theft and informed the owner, Lawyer Arman. After receiving the news of the incident, Advocate Mizanur Rahman Nazir Arman filed a written complaint with Shibpur Model Police...

A cow theft incident has occurred in Lakhpur village of Shibpur police station in Narsingdi ahead of the Eid al-Adha. It is learned that in Lakhpur village of Dulalpur union of Shibpur police station and lawyer of Narsingdi Judge Court Advocate Mizanur Rahman Nazir Arman’s village house in Lakhpur, unknown thieves broke 11 locks of the house and took away 5 cows worth 15 lakh taka. After receiving the news of the incident, Advocate Mizanur Rahman Nazir Arman filed a written complaint with Shibpur Model Police Station without finding any trace of the thief.  Till the time of writing this report, the police of Shibpur police station have not been able to arrest any thieves or recover any cows. Lawyer Arman Saheb has expressed his deep regret that the police have not been able to find anything after this incident. Lawyer R O said that he was raising 5 cows in his village house to sell on the occasion of Eid. Unexpectedly, the thieves took away 5 cows. He R O said that 2 months before this incident, 2 cows of Siraj Mia of Shimulia village were stolen.
