Later, he sent her to her father’s house and then informed her parents about the divorce via mobile phone.After Champa’s father Chan Mia tried to resolve the matter through various means for a long time and failed, Champa Khatun filed a case in court on December 21, 2025, against a total of five people, including the signatories of the divorce decree, Kazi and her husband, Quddus Mia.Then, when Kazi Abdul Hamid, Quddus Mia, his father Ismail Hossain, and the two witnesses came to the court to seek bail, the judge ordered them to be sent to jail on Wednesday (April 29) afternoon.Champa Khatun alleged that within three days of the wedding, her husband Quddus, in-laws, two local UP members and a so-called Qazi named Sajjad Hossain signed the document to open a DPS and I was given a divorce. Later, I found out that the document was not in the bank.
