An anti-drug rally was held in Kotalipara, Gopalganj. The rally was organized by the Radhaganj Union Parishad office on Wednesday (May 6) at 12 noon at the Radhaganj Union Parishad premises in the upazila. Radhaganj Union Parishad Chairman Bhim Chandra Bagchi presided over the meeting and Upazila Executive Officer Sagufta Haque addressed the meeting as the chief guest. Special guests were Kotalipara Police Station Officer-in-Charge OC Md. Riyad Mahmud, Upazila BNP President SM Mohiuddin, General Secretary Abul Basar Howlader, Mayor BNP President Yusuf Ali Daria, Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Chleman Sheikh, Upazila Jubo Dal Convener Ranjan Mallick, Member Secretary Mannan Sheikh, along with Union Parishad members and local dignitaries. Speakers at the meeting  He called on family members and everyone in society to be aware of drug abuse.
