The three-day 35th and 36th Course for Rover Mates has been successfully completed in Brahmanbaria. Deputy Commissioner Abu Sayeed was present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of this training program organized at the Brahmanbaria Municipal Degree College campus in the district. Additional District Magistrate Ehsan Murad was present as the special guest. The President of the Governing Body of Brahmanbaria Municipal Degree College, Alhaj A.B.M. The three-day 35th and 36th Course for Rover Mates has been successfully completed in Brahmanbaria. Rover Scouts from various educational institutions across the country participated in the three-day course. The participating institutions included students from Dhaka University, Noakhali University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Gopalganj University, Chittagong and Feni Polytechnic Institutes, and about 20 colleges in Brahmanbaria district.
At the end of the closing ceremony, a delightful cultural program was organized by dividing the participants into 10 groups: ‘Trustee, Friend, Modest, Loyal, Kind, Cheerful, Thrifty, Pure, Wisdom and Service’. Later, crests and certificates were distributed among the participants. At the end of the ceremony, the President of the College Governing Body declared the formal conclusion of the course in his closing speech.
