Under the initiative of the Jubo Kontho Society, relief materials were distributed at various locations in Mirpur on Saturday, September 19. The distribution was limited to members who had joined the society over the past three to four months. Many are unaware that one can obtain membership in the Yuba Kontho Society for a fee of just two hundred taka. Present at the distribution event were Shamsunnahar Begum (Advisor, Jubo Kontho Society), Shamim Reza, Coordinator Khokon, and other officials of the organization. Director Sohag Kazi (representing the donor) was also in attendance. A warm invitation is extended to anyone wishing to participate in the society’s future activities with a commitment to integrity and development. Gratitude is expressed to everyone involved for the successful completion of this relief distribution program in Mirpur.
