The police of Purbadhola Police Station have arrested Ruhul Amin, the joint general secretary of Purbadhola Upazila Chhatra League in Netrokona.
Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Purbadhala Police Station, confirmed the matter on Tuesday evening.
He said – Recently, a procession was organized by Chhatra League in Ghagra area under Purbadhola police station. Ruhul Amin was arrested as a suspected accused in a case filed at Purbadhola police station in this incident. When he was handed over to Netrokona court around noon on Tuesday, the learned judge ordered him to be sent to jail.
