The Bangladesh team is in 3rd position in this prestigious international competition held in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, with the participation of 8 countries from May 29-31.
The contribution of the players of the Narsingdi District Karate Association behind this success of Bangladesh was very important and undeniable. Achievements of the medal-winning players: Nasrin Akhter Tamanna: She demonstrated unique achievements by winning 2 gold medals in Kata and Kumite in the senior category. In recognition of her extraordinary performance, she won the “Best Female Player” award and a special trophy, which is a matter of pride for Narsingdi and Bangladesh.
Nasrin Akhtar: Enriched the medal collection of Bangladesh by winning the gold medal in Kata and the silver medal in Kumite in the senior category. Soumili Roy: Won the bronze medal in the junior Kata category. Soum Deep Roy: Won the bronze medal in the junior Kata category.
Nafiz Sarkar: Won the bronze medal in the Kumite category.
