World Health Day was celebrated in Narsingdi with the theme “Science in Health Care, Protecting All Lives”. On this occasion, a discussion meeting was organized in the meeting room of the Civil Surgeon’s Office of Narsingdi on Tuesday. Narsingdi Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Bulbul Kabir presided over the discussion meeting, and Narsingdi District Hospital Superintendent Dr. ANM Mizanur Rahman, Sadar Upazila Health Officer Dr. Abu Kausar Suman and others spoke at the meeting. The speakers expressed their opinion that the theme carries special significance considering the various health risks in the world today. Earlier, a colorful rally circled the important roads of the city. Civil Surgeon’s Office officials, employees, nurses and other concerned persons were present.
