A preparatory meeting has been held in Naogaon to ensure that the exams are conducted in a fair and cheating-free environment ahead of the upcoming SSC and equivalent examinations.
The meeting was organized by the district administration at the Deputy Commissioner’s office on Tuesday (date) at 11 am. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Sadia Afrin presided over it.
It was informed in the meeting that necessary measures will be taken at every examination center in the district to ensure a smooth and peaceful completion of the SSC and equivalent examinations starting from April 21. To ensure a cheating-free environment, CCTV cameras will be installed at the centers and surveillance by law enforcement agencies will be strengthened. In addition, all the departments concerned were instructed to coordinate their responsibilities to ensure the security of the question papers, discipline at the center and a smooth environment for students during the examination.
The meeting was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Md. Masudul Haque. District Education Officer Shahadat Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) Joy Brat Pal, Deputy Civil Surgeon Munir Ali Akand and officials of the concerned government departments were present at the time.
Officials participating in the meeting said that the district administration, education department and law enforcement agencies will work together to ensure that the candidates can take the exam in a smooth and transparent environment. In addition, strict measures will be taken to prevent unnecessary crowding and irregularities in the center area during the exam.
