At the beginning of the new year, Saturday, January 3, 2026, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shahinul Alam inaugurated the Specialized Clinic at the former Betar Bhaban, East Campus of Bangladesh Medical University BMU. Only patients referred from the outpatient department of BMU can receive their necessary medical services there. Currently, from 8 am to 2:30 pm every day, patients referred from the outpatient department of BMU can receive medical services in Rheumatology Room No. 97, Geriatric Medicine Room No. 99, ERRT Center Room No. 95 and 96, Operative Dentistry Room No. 20, Dental (Periodontology Division) Room No. 98.

After the grand inauguration of this program, the Vice-Chancellor of BMU, Professor Dr. Md. Shahinul Alam, visited the conference room on the 2nd floor and the classrooms on the 3rd floor of the East Campus building.
