Advocate Abdul Majid Sikder has been elected as the president of the managing committee of Dakshin Sadharchar High School, a traditional educational institution of Shibpur Thana in Narsingdi district, for the second time.

He was unanimously elected as the president in a meeting recently to mark the formation of the school’s managing committee.

Advocate Abdul Majid Sikder is serving as the current general secretary of the Narsingdi District Bar Association. He is well known in the area as an honest, skilled and education-loving person.

He has successfully served as the president of this school before. During his time, the quality of education of the school improved and extensive infrastructure development was achieved.
