Chief guest Deputy Commissioner Israt Jahan Keya said, Kazi Nazrul Islam was a poet of humanity, a poet of equality, and a rebel poet. He is forever alive among us. The most vibrant poems, songs, and editorials of Bengali literature were born in him. This rhythmic journey seems to have made his life forever alive.
