Nilphamari District Council announces budget of Tk 85 crore

The Nilphamari District Council has announced a budget of Tk 84 crore 85 lakh 90 thousand. The budget was announced by the District Council Administrator, Advocate Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, in the meeting room of the District Council on Sunday afternoon. Advocate Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, in the meeting room of the District Council on Sunday
afternoon.

District Council Administrator Advocate Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury said, "The budget has
given priority to the overall development of the district. Education, health, communication,
religious and social institutions, rural infrastructure development and public welfare activities
have been given importance. The District Council will work to fulfill the expectations of the
people of the district by implementing development activities by ensuring transparency and
accountability. Ensuring sustainable development in coordination with local government
institutions is one of the goals of this budget."
